Invalid token or token expired alert?

If you receive an 'Invalid Token' message, please go to 'Login / Add Account' and proceed to remove the account in question. Afterwards, please re-authenticate the account through Instagram into Snug. This will refresh the token associated with your Instagram account and used by Snug to load your data.

My feed is not loading?

If you've just logged into Snug for the first time and your feed does not load immediately, please close the app entirely and then restart Snug and once loaded, click the 'Load my Feed' button. Alternatively, click 'Back' from your profile to the main Snug screen and load your feed again.

Having trouble logging in?

Snug is currently experiences issues with logging into Instagram due to GDPR restrictions imposed within Europe. Instagram are requiring users to accept their new cookie policy, something which they do not allow us to display within Snug. All app developers are affected by these restrictions. We are working as fast as we can to provide a fix and hope to release a new version of the app as soon as possible.

Why has my feed changed?

Effective of April 4, 2018, Instagram deployed changes to their API without advance notice, affecting all users of the Instagram API for access to Instagram data. The user-generated content currently in use on your properties is not affected. However, due to these changes, Snug is unable to provide your account with certain features related to Instagram.

I'm getting a 'cookie error' on Snug?

We're currently aware of this error and are working to fix it as soon as possible. As a temporary fix, if you are seeing the error, follow these steps: Navigate to Accounts / Manage Access on Instagram either on a computer or phone browser -> Revoke access for Snug -> Log out of Instagram on the browser -> Head back to the Snug app and log in again. If you are still having trouble, there is a contact form at the bottom of this page.

My app keeps crashing?

Apps can crash for a variety of reasons. If your app is persistently crashing, please use the contact form at the bottom of the page to get in touch and let us know you're having issues. Please include some details about your device, iOS and if there is anything specific triggering the crash.

How do I add another Instagram account?

To add another Instagram account to Snug, just find 'switch account' at the bottom of the screen. You will see another button 'add account'. Click this and login with Instagram as normal, and you will be able to switch between accounts in Fetch and plan feeds for both.

How can I move images on my planned feed?

Hold down on any of your planned images to move them around your Snug feed. You can't move planned images between images already posted and you can't move any of the images you've already shared on Instagram.

How can I delete posts on my feed?

You can delete both your planned posts and photos you've already shared on Instagram on Snug. This allows you to see how your feed will look if you delete an image without actually doing it. Select the image you want to delete and click the little trash can at the bottom of the app.
